  1. What size of self storage units do you have?

    We currently have sizes that range from 5' x 10' up to 40' x 60'.  You can use our Unit Sizes link on this website to find the right amount of space that you will need.  Of course, the best way to determine the size needed is to visit the property to check out the units and ask our Storage Professionals for their input. 

  2. When can I access my self storage unit?

    Our property is accessible between the hours of 6 am to 10 pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

  3. What are Jackson Storage office hours?

    Our office hours are Monday - Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday 9 am to 2 pm.

  4. When is rent due?

    All rents are due on the first of each month

  5. Is there a late fee? Is there an overlock fee?

    Yes, there is a $5 late fee charge if the rent is NOT received on or before the 5th of each month.  

    Yes, there is a $5 overlock fee if the rent is NOT received by the 12th of the month.

  6. Are deposits required to rent a storage unit?

    Yes, a deposit is collected at the time you rent a storage unit.  The amount varies depending on the size of unit you choose. 

  7. What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept cash, check, money order, or credit card

  8. Where and how can I make a payment?

    You can make mail your rent payment in, deliver it in person, drop it in the drop box, or call us to make a payment by phone.  

  9. Do you have a contract that I must sign?

    Yes.  Jackson Storage requires you to sign a rental agreement.  It is a month-to-month lease with no long-term commitment.

  10. Do you provide insurance on the goods stored in units?

    No, but we strongly recommend you insure the items that you are storing with us.  You may be covered under a policy that you already have, so be sure to check with your insurance agent.

  11. Are tenants allowed to have garage sales out of the units?

    Tenants are not allowed to have garage sales out of the units.

  12. What is a drive-up unit?

    Drive-up units allow you to unload directly from your vehicle into your unit.  Our units have drive-up access.

  13. Do you have climate-controlled units?

    We currently do not have any climate-controlled units available.

  14. Can I purchase moving and packing supplies from you?

    At this time, we do not sell any moving or packing supplies.
